The primary materials are different. Edible gelatin and medicinal gelatin are made from animal skins and bones. There is a demand for the origin of animals. Therefore, the chromium content of edible gelatin and medical gelatin made from animal skin and bone is very low, while the chromium content of industrial gelatin is relatively high.

Other constraints are different. Edible and medicinal gelatin also includes microbiological and other targets, a total of more than 20, strict constraints, and industrial gelatin constraints are relatively few.

There is no substantial difference between medical gelatin and edible gelatin. Medicinal gelatin only requires more stringent requirements on the content of bacteria, and those who touch the blood also need no bacterial debris and no heat sources.
