But at present, the measurement of gelatin concentration is still concentrated in the stage of manual off-line sampling, this measurement method has many problems, such as large error, long lag time, easy to be affected by the environment and easy to pollute the glue liquid in the measurement process.

The other properties of the super absorbent resin were characterized, such as the water retention, grafting rate, water absorption rate under different temperatures or pressures, the comparison of liquid absorption under different salts, the response of water-absorbing gel to salt water, etc. The results showed that the prepared super absorbent resin had better water retention, higher grafting rate and faster water absorption rate. The analysis shows that the super absorbent resin is a graft copolymer of gelatin and monomer, which is a homogeneous polymer, not a simple addition. The exploratory study of biodegradation performance discusses the degradation effect of activated sludge method on high-absorbent resin, and through the comparison of several groups of tests, it can be concluded that natural polymer gelatin can be degraded about 10d, and then synthetic polymer polymer polyacrylic acid and polyacrylamide can also degrade part of it.
